Parker and Eliot were in the van. As to why they were in the van, they were in the middle of casing a potential job and the two of them had quickly burned their identities. It wasn't their fault; they'd just happened to arrive as electricians the same day, the same time, as a pair of real electricians were actually in, and they'd been just a minute too late. The real deal had gotten in there first and Parker and Eliot had no choice but to laugh it off as a mistake and get out, unable to go back in, at least while the same security was on. So they were relegated to the van and Hardison was sent in instead, a brand new identity and Sophie talking him in over their ear pieces while the two of them who had the hardest time sitting by and waiting, sat by and waited.
It wasn't surprising that Parker got bored pretty much immediately, though it was pretty shocking when her suggestion to the boredom was: "Let's have sex."
And Eliot, being a man with a pulse, couldn't think of a single reason to say no to that. Not one worth mentioning when she suddenly just started stripping, and Eliot would apologise to Hardison later. Maybe not outright, but in his own way, because he couldn't go up to the closest thing he had to a friend and say 'sorry I had sex with your girlfriend.'
He wasn't about to ever say that, but when Parker climbed right into his lap, completely naked in the blink of an eye, pulling his jeans open and not bothering to do more than push them out of the way, Eliot was sure he would have to apologise to Hardison for all this somehow. He just hoped the other man never found out what he was apologising for.
Of course, the moment that thought crossed Eliot's mind, the van's back doors opened and Hardison himself was standing there, stopping halfway through some complaint or another about how he should be doing something with a computer instead of talking his way in to check out building security, and there was definitely an easier way for him to know what they had in there. He stared, probably stunned to silence and for once Eliot wasn't just not talking; he actually had no idea what he could possibly say. There he was, pants wide open and Parker in nothing but skin in his lap.
Parker, though, didn't have the same problem, gave Hardison that same socially clueless smile she always had and announced: "We were bored so we were going to have sex."
Hardison just sputtered and Eliot was very nearly scandalised, if a man like him could be scandalised anymore, as he tried to push Parker off him. She didn't budge, probably not knowing that this wasn't an okay situation and being caught in another man's lap by her boyfriend wasn't good. What she did do, though, was continue to surprise.
"You should too!" she announced, and just leaned over to start hauling Hardison into the van. And even more to Eliot's surprise, Hardison didn't argue.
"Yeah okay," he agreed after a moment, and just closed the doors.
